For the second time in less than two weeks, an employee of a northwest suburban Libertyville spa has been arrested on prostitution charges.
In early January, police received a complaint from a Lake County resident that he was propositioned at the Dragon Spa at 402 Peterson Rd. in Libertyville, according to a Libertyville police release.
