The family of a teacher who fell to her death while sliding down a banister at he Palmer House Hilton in 2010 has filed a lawsuit against the hotel and the hosts of the event she was attending.
James and Deborah Duskey, the parents of Megan Duskey, filed a lawsuit Tuesday claiming negligence on the part of the hotel and the hosts of the ball, the Chicago Sun-Times reports
