I don't know what the problem is, but when I crop a picture and put it to the side so I can put it on NewsVine, it's still  uncropped again!  I hope I'm explaining the problem correctly. I edit with Picasa 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  ( please use VERY basic steps, as I am very computer challenged )   :-(
