Authorities say a suburban Philadelphia couple ran a dog-fighting ring at their home that killed at least 10 dogs and maimed many more.
Chester County officials announced Wednesday that animal cruelty charges have been filed against Shane Santiago and Laura Acampora of West Brandywine.
