A Charleston man is facing more than a dozen counts of first degree sexual assault for allegedly having sex with children on camera.
Clay Counts, 50, of Longmeadow Drive in Charleston, was arraigned Wednesday evening in Kanawha County magistrate court. Police said they found several video tapes in Counts' home of him having sex with three children, all under the age of 14
