A former law enforcement officer in Platte County is accused of some disturbing crimes against children. Northmoor, MO, is a small community between Riverside and Parkville. It's been 20 years since the accused was the top law enforcement officer in the town, but the allegations are just as upsetting."Obviously you're disappointed anytime you hear anybody who worked with you or for you at one point in time gets in that kind of trouble," said Northmoor Police Chief Larry Davis.
