We all know about the destruction and devastation of hurricane Sandy. I have read about some states helping out in the Eastern states that were torn apart by Sandy, but  I have not heard of any foreign country offering any assistance.  Have I missed something?

I hope I have missed hearing about getting offers from abroad.

Has anyone heard of any country stepping up to the plate like we have done many times, to offer a helping hand?
