- A Texas woman has pleaded guilty to injury to a child, acknowledging she beat her 2-year-old daughter and glued the girl's hands to a wall.
The Dallas Morning News reported that Elizabeth Escalona told reporters as she left the courtroom Thursday: "Only God can judge me. That's all I gotta say."
